The National Diploma: Financial Accounting (previously referred to as the ICB Financial Accounting: Advanced Level) is the fourth and final qualification when working your way up to the National Diploma: Financial Accounting (previously referred to as the ICB Financial Accounting: Advanced Level). The Financial Accountant can perform the functions of an Accounting Officer by becoming a member through the Southern African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA). The programme includes a study of annual financial statements, accounting theory and practice, corporate strategy and regulatory frameworks.

Description
This qualification provides you with the necessary skills required to finalize your journey towards becoming a financial accountant, on its own it provides with an understanding and knowledge to perform advanced bookkeeping tasks at a corporate and strategic managerial level.

What's next
You are now a fully Qualified and certified Financial Accountant. Students with the this qualification are recognised worldwide by the Southern African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA), the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). You can then apply for exemptions and continue your studies, after all learning is life long.
