Welcome to our trust or legal centre. We strive to provide learning solutions you can trust. Getting legal and compliance right is an integral part of that. People seldom read them, but they are important. To build trust, we want our policies on certain important issues to be clear.

These documents and the relevant written forms or invoices make up the written agreement or contract between us. These legal notices apply to all goods or services we provide to you. When you apply, register or enrol, you agree to our terms.

We may add to or change these legal notices in writing, even if it does not mention them. Any change must be in writing and signed by us (or posted on our website) to be effective. You accept the latest version of these legal notices by continuing to receive goods or services from us.

We are registered with the relevant government department

SACOB is registered as a private higher education institution with the Department of Higher Education and Training. If you need it, please ask us to send you our registration certificate. SACOB is registered under section 54(3) of the Higher Education Act of 1997  and regulation 14(4)(b) of the Regulations for the Registration of Private Higher Education Institutions.
